Watch Warranty

Here at Shoshany Jewelers, we work with our brand partners and offer factory warranties on all products sold in our store.

BULOVA

3 Year Global Warranty. Bulova's warranty covers parts of the watch that have failed due to original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, or, Bulova at its option, will replace the watch with a comparable watch. CITIZEN

5 Year Limited Warranty. Every Citizen Watch purchased in the United States is under the warranty. For more information and to register your watch for an additional year of warranty coverage, visit the Citizen website.

 

G-SHOCK

1 Year Warranty. For more information and to re4fister your watch for an additional year of warranty coverage, please visit the G-SHOCK website. 

 

HAMILTON

2 Year Warranty by Hamilton International Ltd. To view the terms and conditions of this warranty and for more information, please refer to your warranty booklet or the Hamilton website. 

 

RAYMOND WEIL
2 Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase with properly filled out warranty card. Raymond offers an extra year’s guarantee to its watch owners when they register with the WEIL Club. Please refer the Raymond Weil website for more information.  

 

SEIKO

3 Year Warranty. During the guarantee period, we guarantee free repair and adjustment service against any defects on the watch movement and case and metal band, provided that the watch was used as directed in the instruction manual. Please refer to the Seiko website for more information.  

 

SHINOLA

TISSOT

2 Year Warranty. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official Tissot dealer. Please refer to the Tissot website for complete warranty information.
